We do not provide any services beyond advertising space, and we are not responsible for user content, behavior, or any arrangements made between users.

2. Disclaimer of liability

By using Annonceportalen.dk, you agree that any disputes between you and other users are entirely your responsibility.
You waive all claims against Annonceportalen.dk and its owners for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from such disputes.

3. Meetings and user contact

If users choose to meet or communicate outside the platform, such meetings are entirely organized at their own initiative and risk.
Annonceportalen.dk does not endorse, organize, or monitor these meetings, and we assume no responsibility for their outcome.

4. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or publish ads on Annonceportalen.dk.

5. Advertising rules

It is strictly forbidden to:

  • Upload or use copyrighted material without permission

  • Publish misleading, illegal, offensive, or harmful content

  • Use false names, email addresses, or contact details

  • Upload or promote illegal material including child abuse, animal abuse, or any content violating Danish law

Violations will result in immediate removal without refund, and serious offenses will be reported to the police, including IP address and account details.

6. Content responsibility and verification

You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your advertisement.
Using fake identities, impersonating others, or providing misleading information may lead to account termination and legal action.

We reserve the right to log IP addresses and technical data to improve security and enable legal follow-up where necessary.

7. Payments and refunds

  • All ad purchases, including upgrades (Top Ads, Featured Ads, Bump Ups), are non-refundable unless a technical error prevents the ad from being displayed.

  • If you remove your ad before its expiration, no refund will be issued.

  • Please keep your payment confirmation as proof of purchase.

8. Proper use of the platform

When using Annonceportalen.dk, you agree to:

  • Follow all applicable laws and regulations

  • Avoid harassment, spam, impersonation, or system abuse

  • Not use bots, scripts, or other automated tools

  • Not interfere with the functionality or security of the website

9. Ownership and copyright

You must own the rights to any content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Annonceportalen.dk a non-exclusive license to display and use that content for the duration of your ad.

10. Reporting abuse

We monitor activity, but responsibility lies with users.
If you find offensive or illegal content, please report it via our contact form, and we will act swiftly – including removal and possible legal reporting.

11. Modifications and account termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove content or restrict access for any violation
