At Annonceportalen.dk, operated by Novexa ApS, we offer digital advertisement services for private individuals.
As such, our services are delivered immediately after purchase and are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under Danish law
(Forbrugeraftaleloven § 18, stk. 2, nr. 13).
No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, which include instant activation of online listings and promotions:

All payments are final.

We do not offer refunds or cancellations once a listing or service has been published.

This applies regardless of whether the full runtime of the listing is used.
Please be sure to double-check your selected package and listing content before completing payment.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue preventing your ad from being published or displayed correctly, please contact our support team immediately at support@annonceportalen.dk. We will investigate and assist in correcting the issue as quickly as possible.
Note: Refunds will not be issued for user error (e.g., incorrect category selection or wrong information in the ad), but we may be able to help you adjust your listing.
Duplicate Payments If you believe you have been charged twice for the same service, please contact us at support@annonceportalen.dk with documentation.
We will review and, if confirmed, refund any duplicate charges.
Disputes or Complaints
If you believe you have a valid complaint regarding a purchase, please contact us directly at support@annonceportalen.dk.
We aim to handle all issues fairly and within reasonable time.
